Simply Elegant Bridal was established on September 29, 2004. It began at our former location in Yorkshire Plaza in Webster Groves. I enjoyed the time I had there and would like to thank all the clients who supported us at that location. Although it was hard to leave the neighborhood, the offer to go downtown was really unbelievable. The new building is actually old! It was built in 1906 and has been completely refurbished into a work of art. Marble floors and stair case, beautiful windows and decorative mirror treatments make it something to behold. The store is larger and the areas for dressing and viewing gowns are more intimate. As for the selection of wedding gowns…it has gotten bigger and better. The staff is still excited about the move and all really love of the new additions to our inventory. What has not changed is the exceptional customer service you will receive when you shop with us.

Simply Elegant serves not only brides, but your entire wedding party. The maids will be gorgeous, and the groomsmen will be handsome. And moms …well you know what they say, “If mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy!” (Of course they’ll be happy.)

Our doors are always open to browse, however appointments are required to try on dresses. Contact us by phone or by e-mail and we’ll get back to you.

In regard to children…remember “the bull in the china shop” story, well as much as we love children, our store has many delicate items and it makes for a very difficult environment for small children. If you absolutely must bring them in the store, please be aware and take care of your children, because any damages done by them will be charged to you.
